Welcome to the XmodZ website (hereinafter: “the Site” / “the Store”). The Site is operated by XmodZ, Company No. 038528261, David Sacharov 17, 2nd Floor, Shop 99, Rishon LeZion. Use of the Site, including browsing, purchasing, building a specification, and using artificial intelligence, constitutes agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation Policy, and the Warranty – as published on the Site at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. In case of any conflict, the law prevails. Any clause found to be illegal shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
The masculine form is used for convenience only and refers to all genders. The Store may update these Terms by publishing them on the Site only, without individual notice.
1. What is Sold on the Site
- Pre-built computers and peripherals / accessories – available for online purchase (shopping cart + CardCom payment in shekels), subject to actual stock.
- Hardware components (processors, graphics cards, motherboards, memory, power supplies, cases, cooling, and storage) – also sold separately on the Site via online purchase, subject to actual stock. The Store may set a quantity limit for a single component and update its availability from time to time.
- Custom specification building (including custom water cooling) is not a purchase. Submitting a specification creates a quote request to the Store. No charge is made to the card at this stage, and there is no commitment to the price shown on screen or to component availability.
Filling in details on the Site or clicking “Send Specification” does not constitute a transaction.
An online purchase is concluded upon completion of payment through the payment gateway, subject to credit card company approval and stock availability; a specification request is concluded only after the Store’s approval and stock availability.
2. Prices, Stock, and Typographical Errors
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Stock and prices are updated and may change without notice. Images and specifications are for illustration; the binding specification is the one on the product page / invoice. If a price is published in a grossly erroneous manner, a product is out of stock, or a specification is incorrect – the Store may cancel the transaction by notifying the customer and refund any payment collected, if collected.
No wholesale sales or purchases for resale are permitted without written consent. The Store may refuse an order if there is suspicion of such, or if payment will not be received.
3. Payment
Online purchase – by credit card via CardCom. Card details are not stored with us. The Store may require identity verification. Payment at the lab (cash / credit / transfer) – as agreed in coordination, and subject to the Law for Reducing Cash Use. An order on the Site does not allow check or cash unless explicitly agreed.
4. Delivery and Collection
Collection from the lab in Rishon Le Zion – by appointment only, during operating hours. Delivery throughout Israel – via a shipping company, at times that will be provided at the time of order. Business days: Sunday-Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, and holidays. Delays due to force majeure, strikes, war, payment gateway or shipping malfunctions are not the store’s responsibility beyond legal obligations. Leaving a package at an agreed location per your instruction – is your responsibility.
Custom-built PC / water cooling loop: delivery time begins after approval of the quote, receipt of payment (or agreed deposit), and completion of assembly and testing in the lab – not from the time the spec is submitted on the website.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Component Compatibility
Use of the AI assistant and the calculator is also subject to the privacy policy. The system may suggest components, warn about incompatibility, or complete data. This is advice only. The store is not responsible for reliance on automated advice, and the responsibility to verify compatibility, dimensions, power supply, and cooling lies with the lab at the time of quote approval – not with the model. The 3D simulation is schematic only and does not guarantee physical fit.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, code, images, work videos, specifications, and trademarks on the site belong to XmodZ or their respective owners. Do not copy, automatically scan (robots/crawlers beyond reasonable indexing), or display in an iframe without written permission. Customer images are published with consent; do not copy them for commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability for the Website
The website is provided as is (AS IS). There is no commitment to continuous availability. The store and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or emotional distress resulting from use of the website, subject to what cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Law. The website’s computer records are prima facie evidence of actions performed on it.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Israeli law only. Local jurisdiction – the competent courts in the Central District / Tel Aviv, subject to jurisdiction prescribed by law (including small claims).
