Cancellation & Returns

This policy summarizes the right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. In any contradiction between the summary and the law – the law prevails. This document does not extend beyond the law, unless the store has otherwise confirmed in writing on the invoice.

1. Purchase on the website (distance selling transaction)
Purchasing a pre-built computer or peripheral equipment on the website is a distance selling transaction. You may cancel from the day of the transaction up to 14 days from the day of receiving the product or from the day of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later.
A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or older), or a new immigrant – 4 months from the aforementioned dates, if the engagement included a call (including an electronic call), and the store may request proof as stipulated by law.
Cancellation not due to a defect: cancellation fees not exceeding 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, and returning the product according to the service’s instructions. Refund – after receiving the product and inspecting it, within the period stipulated by law. Cancellation due to a defect or non-conformity – according to the law, without these cancellation fees.
2. When there is no right of cancellation (among others)
- Goods specially manufactured for the consumer following the transaction – including a custom-built computer, a custom water-cooling loop, custom paint/cables/distro plates, and any assembly that is not a ready-made off-the-shelf product.
- Information as defined in the Computers Law (including an operating system license / digital software that has been used).
- Goods that can be copied whose packaging has been opened (software, media).
- A product from which the manufacturer’s/warranty sticker has been removed, or that has been used in a way that prevents it from being returned as new.
- Additional cases where the law denies cancellation.
If an operating system or software was installed at your request on a computer assembled for you, the cost of the license may be deducted from the refund even if the rest of the assembly is handled according to law – the license remains yours and is not returnable to the supplier.
A specification inquiry on the website (without payment) can be canceled at any time before the offer is approved – simply do not proceed. There are no cancellation fees for an inquiry that did not become a transaction.
3. Purchase at the lab (not distance selling)
An in-person purchase at the lab is not a distance selling transaction. Cancellation – according to Section 14c of the law and the Transaction Cancellation Regulations, subject to returning the goods in their condition and packaging within the legal period, and to the cancellation fees stipulated by law. Assembly that has begun according to an approved specification may be considered “special manufacturing” and therefore without a right of regret cancellation.
4. How to notify cancellation
In a notice that includes full name, phone number, order/invoice number if applicable, and the reason for cancellation – via one of the following methods:

Do not send a product without coordination. A product under warranty or for cancellation will be inspected at the lab in Rishon Le Zion.
5. Refund
Refund to the original payment method as much as possible, after inspection. Credit card crediting times also depend on the credit card company. The store is entitled to deduct cancellation fees, damage to the product, software license that has been activated, or assembly/disassembly cost already performed – only to the extent permitted by law.
